Melissa was fantastic! We were relocating my son to Miami to attend the University. He flew in to try to find an apartment near school. Melissa showed him several and helped him realize what were assets of each place were. He selected a few that he liked best, but then he had to fly back home. Melissa did not drop the ball. She supported us from afar. She walked us through the rental process, and she even filled out paperwork that he was able to sign electronically.
